On October 19, 2026, Chinese Ambassador to Norway H.E. Mr. Zhou Jingxing met with Mr. Håkon Haugli, CEO of Innovation Norway.

Ambassador Zhou said that China attaches great importance to China-Norway economic and trade ties and is committed to working with Norway to unlock the potential of green innovation, broaden bilateral cooperation, and tackle global challenges. Mr. Haugli said that Innovation Norway stands ready to strengthen cooperation with China, explore new areas of cooperation, and promote two-way trade and investment.
